Following this, is an exercise known as “Upright Rows.” These are done by: - Standing with your feet slightly apart and holding the dumbbells with an overhand grip in front of the thighs. - Raise the dumbbells to chin level. - Return to the starting position. This should also be done in three sets with eight to ten reps in each for maximum effect at working the shoulder muscles. Finish the first plan with “Dumbbell Lateral Raises” which are accomplished by: -Standing straight with a dumbbell in each hand, held with the palms of each facing each other. - Raise the dumbbells out to each side to reach shoulder level. - Then return to the starting position. - This working of the shoulder muscles should be repeated in three sets but should have between ten and fifteen reps in each set. The next week, plan 'B' should commence and that includes the following exercises. To begin, you will start with “Dumbbell Front Raises.” - Stand straight with your back straight and the dumbbells grasped in an overhand clutch holding each in front of the thighs. - Raise each dumbbell one at a time to shoulder height; alternating arms. - Return to the starting position. This is an excellent warm-up for the second week's plan as only one arm is working the shoulder muscles at a time and should be done in three sets with ten to fifteen reps in each. Follow with “Bent Over Lateral Raises” by: - Standing bent at the waist with your knees slightly bent, grasp the dumbbells with the palms facing inward and the elbows slightly bent. - Raise dumbbells at your sides. - Return to the starting position. It should be done in three sets with ten to fifteen reps in each for maximum effectiveness. Finish plan 'B' with “Sitting Presses” (also known as “Smith Machine Presses.”) Begin by: - Sitting on a bench with your back straight. - Grip the barbell with your palms facing forward. - Press the barbell straight up. - Return to the starting position. Drug addiction, despite being seen by many as some sort of failing of the mind, is not listed as a mental health disorder. Substance abuse has escaped that category despite the fact that comparatively less troublesome ailments or sicknesses like social anxiety disorder and (in some circles) insomnia are listed as possible or acknowledged mental health conditions. The facts known about drug addiction show that it is a biological and physiological condition, with the body craving the effects that these narcotics have on the brain. The divide between mental disorder and drug addiction is a very thin, blurry line, but there is a line. However, recent research is starting to reveal information that is making this line seem even thinner and more blurred than it already is. It would appear that drug addiction and mental conditions, such as social anxiety disorder and depression, are not as distinct form one another as initially thought. In layman's terms, when one person shows signs of being a drug addict, there's usually some sort of mental health condition riding the coattails, though not everyone who's crazy is a junkie, and not every drug addict is insane. How to stop your dog from digging holes in your garden

Guess what? My new dog Forbes started digging holes in my rose garden! As the owner of the web site Dogproblems (as well as the Southern California dog training company South Bay K-9 Academy for six years) I'm going to let you peek into my world and learn how a professional dog trainer solves this type of behavior problem. First, I need to figure out when he is digging. Since I know the dog and his lifestyle, I can rule out several factors such as boredom or puppyhood or gophers, etc... I noticed that every time he would start digging holes he was in the yard playing with a friend's dog, unsupervised. So, I first need to MAKE SURE that it was ACTUALLY MY DOG that was the perpetrator. A quick look at his feet would suggest that it was. Next, I needed to figure out if he would dig ANY TIME he was left alone in the yard or if it was only when another dog was present. To figure this out, I simply left the dog in the yard alone with access to the rose garden several times... and came back to find that he had not dug. So... it stands to reason that the only time my dog is digging in the yard is when there is another dog in the yard. (Who knows why? There could be a million unexplained reasons that only the dog knows. All I need in order to fix the behavior is knowledge of the dog and the circumstances). Now, I know that to fix any behavior problem I need to make the dog experience a NEGATIVE ASSOCIATION with the actual ACT of doing that behavior. In this case, digging in the garden. And he needs to experience that same negative association EVERY TIME HE DIGS! In this case, I must be 100% diligent to never leave Forbes unsupervised in the yard when there is another dog in the yard. Of course, if he was digging by himself, then I'd need to confine him to a kennel run where he cannot dig when I'm not supervising him. Or if there is another dog visiting then I will need to bring Forbes inside, put him in the kennel run, or use the presence of the other dog as a "set up." The next step is to make sure that he associates that negative (correction) just as he starts to dig. There are two ways I can do this: The Lazy Man's Way and the Old Fashioned Way. Both methods are based on the same principle. The Old Fashioned Way to make sure that the dog gets a motivational negative association when he digs is to: Step 1.) Leave a pinch collar and tab (one foot leash) on the dog when he's outside in the yard with another dog. Step 2.) Bury hardware mesh or chicken wire in the spot where he's been digging. The chicken wire should be buried two to three inches below the surface. Dogs don't like scraping their paws against this stuff. So, right off the bat you've got an immediate negative association. Step 3.) Spy on him and just wait until he start to dig. Step 4.) As soon as he begins to dig, yell "No No No!" as you run outside and give the dog a correction. As long as you continue to say "No no no" as you run to the dog, the dog WILL still associate the correction with the behavior. Step 5.) Be 100% consistent until you are 100% sure that the dog isn't digging any more. The Lazy Man's Way to fix this problem behavior is to use a remote electronic collar (e-collar). Everything else remains the same. (Click on the link above to read about my recommendations for buying a remote electronic training collar). When using the e-collar for this behavior, I'd turn the setting up to the high level. Your goal is to create absolute avoidance to this behavior (digging in the garden). And you want him to think that the dirt just jumped up and bit him! Usually if you correct the dog with the electronic collar for this type of behavior, you've only got to do it twice before the dog decides that it's in his best interest to leave your garden alone. Hemp has thousands of uses that we are unable to exploit because of its illegal status. During WWII hemp was used for the rigging on parachutes as well as rope and material for uniforms. Nowadays Marijuana can be used to relieve pain and some of the effect of cancer treatments and old age. It has been proven to slow down the spreading of Alzheimer's, relieve the pressure behind the eyes from glaucoma. It also helps relieve migraine headaches and the side effect of cancer treatment. But until the United States realizes how much money can be made from legalizing it, it will remain illegal. This is much like the situation with online casinos in the USA. You will find that there are several types of salmon that you could be after. You’ll find them in both the Atlantic and the Pacific Oceans too. In the Atlantic, you will find the founding father of all salmon. This is the original fish name of a salmon. The brown trout is one of the most well known of salmons. Yes, he is a salmon even though most think he’s a trout. Red salmon is also known as Sockeye salmon. Pink salmon is another option and is found in California, Canada and in Korea. Another common type is Chinook salmon. These are known as spring salmon as well as blackmouth, and King Salmon. Baits For Salmon You can use many varieties of baits on salmon. In freshwater varieties, go with plugs, worms, lures and flies. In saltwater, go with flies, streamers, crustaceans, and lures. Gear For Salmon For fly fishing, you’ll need a twelve to sixteen foot graphite or fiberglass rod. You will need fly reel and line too. In bait fishing, you’ll need a ten foot spinning rod and bait caster reel with up to a twenty pound test line. For Chinook’s, you’ll need a boat or a trolling rod. As you know, the Chinook are the largest of the salmon so you will need twenty to forty five pound test line. When you are after Atlantic’s, go for a fly fish or use spoons, natural baits and plugs to help you. On the Pacific side, use trolling just off the shoreline and use estuaries. No matter which of the mighty salmon you are after, you are sure to get a good fight. Be prepared with a full tackle box and a large cooler when you are after King Salmon!

Tax advantages of limited liability companies are certainly a selling point—along with the protection they offer from liability—but before making any decision; it is advisable to consult an experienced attorney. If you spend any amount of time on the Internet, you'll occasionally need someone's help... It might be help with an online purchase, technical support for a product, or some other kind of help. Regardless of the kind of help you need... The manner in which you ask for that help will determine the quality and the quantity of the help you receive now and in the future. You see... There are two ways you can ask for help online... One is "constructive"... The other is "destructive". When you ask for help in a constructive manner, you'll get the help you need, when you need it, and you'll "build" a relationship that'll keep the door open for future help. On the other hand... When you ask for help in a destructive manner, although you might get the help you need this time, you'll "destroy" any chance of a relationship and close the door to future help. Based on the thousands of questions and support requests I've received and answered online, here are five powerful tips that'll help you get the help you need, when you need it, and get it in a way that'll leave the door wide open for future help: Tip #1 - Don't lead with your chin. Leading with your chin is a great way to get knocked on your... Well... You fill in the blank. :-) The single most important thing you need to remember when you're asking for help online, whether you're asking by email or by filling out an online form, regardless of how angry or frustrated you might be, is that there's a real "live" person on the other end... A person who has "feelings" just like you do! Including phrases in your first request for help like... "Are you going to help me right now, right this minute, or are you going to give me my money back?"... Or... "I'm starting to think this is a scam!"... Or... "If I don't hear back from you in one hour, I'm going to call my lawyer!"... Might make you feel good, but they'll virtually guarantee whatever help you do get right now will be minimal, at best, and your chances of getting anything other than minimal help from that person again in the future will be somewhere between slim and none. Tip #2 - Be polite. For some strange reason, one I've yet to figure out, many people seem to think the rules of simple, common courtesy don't apply online... Don't you be one of them! A request for help written in a polite tone, using "please" and "thank you", will, more often than not, get you a prompt and courteous reply. Tip #3 - DON'T SHOUT!!! Whether you know it or not, typing your request for help in all capital letters is the online equivalent of shouting in the face of the person who receives it... And... The liberal use of multiple exclamation marks makes your shouting even louder and more emphatic! Question for you... Do you like it when someone shouts in your face? Guess what? Neither does anyone else! :-) Tip #4 - Keep your request short and to the point. Most people doing business online don't have the time to read long, drawn out messages trying to figure out what you need, nor do they have the time to keep writing you back over and over again trying to clarify what you need. When you ask for help online, *always* include your name, contact information, order information, specific dates, specific details, and a clear, concise description of the help or information you need. Avoid including any information that doesn't directly contribute to helping the person you're asking for help to give you the exact help you need. Tip #5 - Say thank you. After you've received the help you've asked for, a simple "thank you!" or "thanks, I appreciate your help!" will go a long way towards insuring the door will be wide open the next time you need that person's help again. Once again... The single most important thing you need to remember when you're asking for help online is that there's a real "live" person on the other end. Treat that person as you'd like to be treated and you'll find as I have that, more often than not, you'll get all the help you need, when you need it, and that person's door will always be open to you should you need their help again.
